User Data Deletion
Bot Doctor gives users and clients a simple way to request deletion of personal information or Meta-related data that Bot Doctor may hold while operating approved business systems.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the records you want deleted, such as:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number connected to the request
- The business, Page, ad account, lead form, or service interaction involved, if applicable
- A short description of the information you want deleted
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete personal information we control that is no longer needed to provide services, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain required business records.
This can include contact form submissions, correspondence records, lead records, Meta lead/ad interaction data, or client system data that Bot Doctor controls under an active service relationship.
Timing
We will acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. If a request requires more time because of verification, legal, security, or client-contract requirements, we will explain the delay.
Data we do not control
Some information may be held directly by Meta, Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, or another third-party platform. If your request concerns data controlled by another provider, we may direct you to that provider's deletion tools or privacy process.
