This Privacy Policy describes how Bot Doctor ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit botdoctor.io or engage our services. We keep this simple because the actual practices are simple.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Contact and booking information — your name, email address, phone number, and the information you submit when booking or contacting us.
• Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond and manage our relationship.

We do not use third-party ad networks or behavioral advertising. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance. Cloudflare’s practices are governed by its privacy policy.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct a Business Checkup, and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Client data and business systems

When you become a Bot Doctor client, the engagement may involve systems that process business data such as email, CRM records, calendars, and other operating information. This data is handled under your service agreement, not this general policy. Across client engagements:

• Each client’s data runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure rather than being shared with other clients.
• Credentials and API keys are stored in isolated credential stores, not shared configuration files.
• Data is not used to train AI models or shared with a third party unless you explicitly authorize the specific integration.
• You retain ownership of your business data.

Data retention

Booking information and correspondence are kept only as long as needed to manage the business relationship. You may ask us to remove your information; we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. We do not store payment-card information; billing is handled by third-party processors under their own security standards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected].
