Inventory software from freezer to storefront.
Stock entry, storage locations, and Shopify sales planning for The Provision House.
Client: The Provision House
Industry: Ranch-to-table brand · Dallas store and online shop
Work: Inventory app · Shopify integration · AI assistant
Stock moved between deep storage, a back freezer, and the storefront. The team tracked it by hand and memory.
I helped implement an app that reads stock labels from photos, tracks storage locations, and connects inventory records to Shopify sales planning.
The work connects the team’s physical stock process with inventory records and sales planning. The app supports the way the store and ranch team works.
Enter stock from a label photo.
The team photographs stock labels with a phone. The app reads the text using optical character recognition to help enter inventory.
Keep the locations clear.
Each stock record includes its location: deep storage, the back freezer, or storefront freezers.
Connect inventory and sales planning.
The Shopify integration brings stock information into planning for storefront and online sales.

Where does tracking inventory get difficult?
I connect inventory tools to the software you use for sales planning. We can start with a defined piece of work and discuss ongoing support.
