Selected projects / Neihi Glass
Construction plans turned into documents the team can review.
A private app and AI agent that help a glass contractor review plans and prepare bid documents.
Client: Neihi Glass
Industry: Commercial glazing contractor
Work: Custom app · Plan review · Scope documents · AI agent
I built Neihi a private app that collects requests, processes plan sets, and prepares scope documents with source references.
The team can answer questions, review documents, and request changes in one place. Neihi reviews the results before using them in a bid.
The app and agent fit into the estimating team’s existing work, from the first request through clarification and revision. The team keeps final bid review.
Send the plans. Describe the work.
Resolve questions with the team.
Review the document and its sources.
Make a revision without losing the earlier version.
Watch the Neihi product film.
Read the video walkthrough
The film follows a request from marked floor plans to a takeoff PDF. When a door cloud needs clarification, the app asks the team. The returned document is organized by floor, and revisions remain available as separate versions.
The second example uses a 480-page project manual. The app maps the Division 08 sections and prepares a scope package covering included work, items by others or to confirm, and questions for clarification.
The screens use sample projects and documents. Timing is condensed and does not show processing speed. Neihi’s team reviews the documents before using them in a bid.
The agent behind the app
A dedicated AI agent processes the plans, prepares scope documents, and asks the team for clarification. The app manages requests, delivery, and revisions.

What did Bot Doctor build?
I connected a private web app to the plan-review process. The team can send a request, answer questions, receive documents, and request revisions while keeping earlier versions.
Which documents take your team the most time?
I build apps that bring document intake, preparation, review, and revisions into one process. We can start with a defined piece of work and discuss ongoing support.
